Overview
Wabash, a leading manufacturer of trailers and logistics solutions, introduced TaaS (Trailer as a Service) to redefine how companies acquire, deploy, and manage trailer fleets. The brand needed an identity system that could scale with its innovation while maintaining clarity, precision, and visual impact across environments, from 3D trailers to motion.
Contributions
Brand Guidelines & Logo System
I finalized the visual identity by assembling the complete brand guideline system. This included assets into a polished, structured InDesign file that aligned with Wabash’s brand standards and client expectations.
3D Application Support
I collaborated with the 3D modeling team to ensure accurate logo implementation on Wabash trailers. Using AutoCAD reference files, I organized and positioned internally developed logo assets within the brand guidelines, creating clear layout standards to support consistent use across digital, print, and 3D-rendered applications. These guidelines were used by the 3D team to apply the branding accurately to trailer renders. I also handled color correction of the final 3D assets to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables.
Motion & Storyboarding
I animated the Wabash TaaS logo for the launch video and storyboarded key motion sequences. I also facilitated creative direction between the client, creative directors, and editors, ensuring the final video delivered on exact visual and brand specifications. Watch the Video
Impact
Wabash publicly launched TaaS to significant industry attention and operational success. According to FreightWaves, the program achieved a near-100% trailer recovery rate in 2024, reinforcing Wabash’s promise of uptime, fleet reliability, and end-to-end service. The brand identity supported this momentum, positioning TaaS as a future-focused solution in the logistics space.
